Staff Selection Commission will declare the total number of tentative vacancies in short span of time. The Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2019 leads to the recruitment of the following posts:

1. Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants – Postal Department
   1. Pay Scale : Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100)
2. Lower Division Clerks (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India
   1. Pay Scale : Pay Level-2 (Rs.19,900-63,200)
3. Data Entry Operators (DEO) for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India
   1. Pay Scale : Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100)
4. Data Entry Operator- Grade A for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India
   1. Pay Scale : Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (As on 01.01.2020)

1. Must have passed PUC or 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
2. For Data Entry Operator in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): Passed PUC or 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject.

1. Minimum Age                                           : 18 Years (Born before  01.01.2002)
2. Maximum Age:
   1. General Merit (GM)                      : 27 Years (Born After 02.01.1993)
   2. OBC                                                  : + 3 Years
   3. SC / ST                                             : +5 Years
   4. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) : +10 Years
   5. Others : Please refer the official notification for SSC- Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2019 (Recruitment of Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants, Lower Division Clerks, Data Entry Operators)
